By accessing or using BrainSequence Academy services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
BrainSequence Academy provides cognitive training programs focused on pattern recognition and logical sequence development. Services are provided "as is" and may be modified at our discretion.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include unauthorized access, distribution of malware, harassment, infringement of intellectual property, and any activity that disrupts service delivery.
All content, materials, trademarks, and intellectual property are owned by BrainSequence Academy. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
Fees for services are clearly stated at enrollment. Payment is due as specified. Failure to pay may result in service suspension. All fees are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Services are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from cognitive training programs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrainSequence Academy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from service use.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BrainSequence Academy from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of services or violation of these terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
Before initiating legal action, parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unsuccessful, disputes may be resolved through mediation or arbitration.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of enrollment. If you are not satisfied with our services, request a full refund within this period.
To qualify for a refund, requests must be submitted within 14 days of enrollment. You must provide a brief reason for the refund request.
Certain services including one-on-one coaching sessions already completed and downloadable materials accessed may not be eligible for refunds.
After the 14-day period, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on service usage and circumstances.
Once digital content or materials are accessed or downloaded, refund eligibility may be affected. Please review content descriptions carefully before access.
To request a refund, email refunds@tingle.works with your name, enrollment details, and reason for the request.
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. Funds are returned to the original payment method.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at enrollment. Ensure your payment account information is current.
Requests submitted after the 14-day period or for ineligible services may be denied. You will be notified of the decision with explanation.
